We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and you may sometimes need to reschedule your dental appointment. To be fair to all our patients, we kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient who may need urgent dental care.
Cancellations with sufficient notice will be made without any charges.
We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances can happen.
For the first occurrence of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, we will waive the cancellation fee.
However, for subsequent late cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows), a cancellation fee of $100 may be applied.
If you have a pattern of missed appointments or late cancellations, we may require a deposit to confirm future appointments.
In rare cases, we may reserve the right to ask you to find another dental provider if cancellations become excessive.
